It will also be working from 10:00 till 20:00 (Ukraine time) from 19/04/2012 till 31/05/2012

Please note: This is not an emergency line, emergency calls will need to be directed to the numbers described in our key info page. We are also unable to assist you in making further calls or dealing with cases such as lost passports or booking activities on your behalf. It is an information line only.
