Platini will stay overnight in Donetsk

The exact date for the official visit to Donetsk by UEFA President Michel Platini has been finalised. On 26 September the UEFA boss will check the city infrastructure availability for hosting UEFA EURO 2012.

Besides Mr Platini, the delegation to Donetsk will feature UEFA General Secretary Gianni Infantino, UEFA Chief Executive David Taylor and EURO Director Martin Kallen. Ukraine will be represented by the Tournament Director Ukraine Markiian Lubkivskyi, the National Agency for EURO 2012 Preparations Chief Volodymyr Kovalevskyi, the Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Borys Kolesnikov and the FFU President Hryhoriy Surkis.
