English for waiters and maids

Staff of the city restaurants, hotels and other public facilities to cater for and provide services to the fans from Europe during UEFA EURO 2012 are to undertake the advanced training courses.

“We monitored the catering, hotel and transport facilities for their preparedness to receive the championship,” they informed us at the EURO 2012 office at the Donetsk City Council. “And decided to arrange courses at the Donetsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The International Entrepreneurs Institute supported by German Society for International Cooperation acts as the training organizer.”

According to the office, the training participants will learn catering operations at major events, guest communication etc. And in 2012, the catering staff are scheduled to master their English.
