Aircraft can land in all weathers now

From 21 December on, the international airport of Donetsk is able to receive planes in compliance with the ICAO ІІІ А certification that its runways have passed. According to Ukraine-2012 Information Centre, aircraft can land there in literally all weathers, even in zero visibility.
