The Football Supporters Federation (FSF) has given its official support to the Donbass Arena Fan Partners Programme. The FSF is the national supporters organisation for all football fans in England & Wales, representing more than 180,000 individual fans and is supported by the FA and Premier League.
Kevin Miles, International Director of the FSF, said: "We're delighted to have been involved in the Donbass Arena Fan Partners scheme: it's an excellent programme aimed at making England fans feel welcome in Donetsk and confident about the prospects for our visit. The Ukrainian partners in the scheme have identified issues of concern to visiting fans and addressed them head-on, and made a real effort to offer practical help. It'll make a big difference in how much fans are looking forward to visiting the city."
A joint sticker has been produced incorporating both organisations’ logos which is also available to Fan Partners and will be instantly recognisable to regular England travelers. The FSF Fans’ Embassy service, which will provide advice, information and support services to travelling fans in Donetsk will also be promoting the scheme to supporters.
